Donald Trump is working from that "boss" curriculum of leadership.
Over the remaining twenty years, management paradigms have mostly shifted from "boss leadership" to greater humane "servant leadership."

The real trouble with Donald Trump management paradigm is the humanity in his leadership.
Everything in management boils down to simply one word: PEOPLE
No count number something else you construct or achieve, if you don't deal with human beings with honour and respect, that leadership leaves a great deal to be desired.
